Wildlife and Safety:

Seabrook Island is home to a large wildlife population:

Do not feed or harass any wildlife. Stay safe from alligators: Use caution and common sense – be mindful of your surroundings. Do not allow pets or children to swim in, drink, or play at the edges of lakes and lagoons.

SIPOA facilities available to visitors include:

  • Lake House: Fitness Center, Indoor and Outdoor Pools, Playground, outdoor recreation areas, and Library. An Amenity Card is required. Click here to learn more about the Seabrook Island Lake House.
  • Gatehouse
  • Crabbing Dock

Facility Access – Unaccompanied guests of Property Owners, whether personal or renting, need an amenity card to access the Lake House.

  • Digital access is strongly encouraged. The digital QR code does not have a fee. In the event a physical card is needed, printed QR codes have a fee of $10, and a waiver must be signed. Replacement cards are $20. These can be picked up at (1101 Landfall Way).
