
The Lake House offers an average of 30 Group Exercise Classes a week ranging from various Yoga classes to HIIT Boxing.
For Property Owners, fitness classes are $10 per class or $49 for an Unlimited Class Pass per calendar month.
For Guests, fitness classes are $15 per class.
Semi-Private classes are designed to offer a more personalized workout experience in a small group setting for 2 to 12 participants. Semi-Private classes run for a set number of weeks, typically running between 3 and 6 weeks. They foster a sense of community and accountability, encouraging participants to push themselves, and stay consistent with their workouts.
Personal Training is designed to offer one-on-one training to help clients achieve their individual goals. Personal trainers provide personalized guidance, support, and accountability to help clients improve their physical health and strength.
Cost of Personal Training varies with an average of $30 to $40 for a half hour and $60 to $85 for an hour.

- This exercise involves standing with a cable machine and pulling the cable towards your body while keeping your back straight and engaging your should blades. It targets multiple muscle groups including the back, shoulders, and arms while improving posture and upper body strength. This exercise can be modified for different fitness levels and abilities. It provides a low-impact exercise option for those with joint pain or injuries.

- ASSISTED STRETCH & MANUAL THERAPY SESSIONS: THE FLAM METHOD – A hands-on manual therapy modality combining techniques from around the world. It is a safe, non-invasive approach to pain relief that targets soft tissue problems affecting nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments. It is a clothed treatment with an array of hands-on, percussive massage and high-speed maneuvers. Stretching, twisting acupressure and breathing techniques are incorporated. 30 min: $60 | 60 min: $120 | 90 min: $180

Class Levels
- Level 1 classes are designed by the instructor to be perfect for participants that are new to Group Exercise or looking for a low-impact/low-intensity workout. Low-impact classes focus on exercises that minimize stress on joints and muscles.
- Level 2 classes are designed by the instructor to offer a moderate-impact/moderate-intensity workout. Moderate-intensity classes will have participants work hard enough to raise their heart rate.
- Level 3 classes are designed by the instructor to incorporate moderate to high-impact/moderate to high-intensity exercises usually involving short bursts of intense exercise with brief recovery periods to boost cardiovascular health and burn calories efficiently.
