
DARYLE BALDWIN
Daryle Corinne Baldwin is a RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor who teaches Vinyasa Flow classes weekly at the Lake House, as well as personal training and semi-private classes tailored toward golf and tennis enhancement.
Daryle found yoga in her 20’s, where she used the practice to enhance her own golf and tennis matches, and balance out high-intensity sports. As she says, “There’s nothing like yoga, as it works all of the muscle groups while clearing the chatter of the mind.”
In 2022, Daryle made the permanent move from California to Seabrook Island, where she relishes the lovely Lowcountry environment, not to mention the wonderful people. She takes daily walks on the beach with her Vizsla dog, Scarlet. Daryle enjoys swimming and playing golf, tennis, and pickleball as often as possible.

KAYLEIGH BEAUX
Kayleigh Breaux grew up in Charleston, SC. The heart of Kayleigh’s exercise career took root at a young age through her involvement in athletics. Kayleigh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NASM. Additionally, she is certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor. She also offers different types of myofascial release to help free tight tissue, improve mobility and reduce pain caused by muscle rigidity.
She believes that whatever form of exercise you do, you should enjoy it. Kayleigh’s objective as your personal trainer is to come alongside you to aid in building your confidence and equip you to meet your goals. Kayleigh excels at marrying both your needs and goals to create a safe and effective exercise program specifically for you.
Kayleigh’s fitness motto is, “You are a unique individual. Thus, you have specific needs and ambitions that are all your own. Your exercise should fit where you are and where you want to go.”
In her time away from work she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. As well as playing with her dog, gardening and learning new skills.

JARBY BROWN
Jarby Brown is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. He grew up in the West Ashley area of Charleston, playing sports including baseball, basketball, Jiu Jitsu and rugby. He also loves hanging out with his family. going to football and baseball games, playing music and being with friends.
Jarby is passionate about getting the most out of life, and believes taking care of one’s physical health is an essential component of making that happen. Correction of posture and muscle imbalances are of special interests to Jarby.
Jarby is always open to new perspectives and cares about listening to clients in order to give them their best experience!

MARK DURINSKY
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Mark has lived in Charleston since 1993. Mark began his personal training career in 1997 part time, and began doing it full time in 2002. He has worked with all ages, capable of adapting to any individual’s needs. when not working at the Lake House, Mark can be found spending time with his family, at church activities, real estate work, or CrossFit.
Mark’s fitness philosophy is to develop a complete, balanced fitness program, that will help an individual become better at everyday life.

MELISSA DURINSKY
Melissa Durinsky is a born and raised native of Charleston. She’s been a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life since 1991. Specifically, she’s been helping diverse populations achieve their fitness, weight loss and conditioning goals at the Lake House for over a decade.
Using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training – she coaches both on land and in water. Her experiences include being a fitness instructor for The City of Charleston, YMCA, Golds Gym and more. Due to her ability to guide members through safe workouts modified to their fitness levels and medical considerations, she’s had success in delivering programs for all ages tailored to individual needs/goals.
When she’s not teaching class and personal training, she’s either teaching swim lessons or spending time with her husband and two daughters. Melissa’s certifications include: BODYPUMP, BODYSTSEP, BODYCOMBAT, LES MILLS CORE, TONE, Water Safety Instructor, Myofascial Release Foam Roller Certified, FiTour Advanced Personal Trainer and FiTour Advanced Aqua Instructor.

STEPHEN FLAM
Stephen Flam began as a Personal Trainer at the Lake House in 2022. Combining exercise science and massage therapy together with over two decades of experience, Stephen finds himself very comfortable working in the rehabilitation setting with special populations as well as athletes.
Stephen has an extensive background in exercise science with the following licenses: LMT, ACSM, NSCA and USAW.
Stephen has also served as the U.S. team massage therapist in Athens, Greece, at the 2004 Mixed Martial Arts World Cup.

EMMY MARQUARDT
Emmy Marquardt is a certified yoga teacher through the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. She is also a certified energy practitioner through The Jaguar Path School of Energy Medicine & Peruvian Shamanism, a Reiki Master and Let Your Yoga Dance Instructor.
Emmy and her husband are originally from Connecticut. They are now full-time Seabrook Island residents. In addition to spending time with family, her other interests are gardening, cooking, nature, dancing, camping and beach walks with her dog.

NATASHA STEVENS
Originally from Hastings in the U.K., Natasha went to school in London, attending University College for her undergraduate studies and Goldsmiths College for her post graduate studies.
Growing up as an athlete, Natasha came to yoga in her 20’s as a way to bring balance to her life. She took her first RYT 200 hours in 2003 and taught yoga at the company she worked for in London.
Since settling in Charleston permanently in 2008, she has widened her involvement in the fitness and wellness industry. She has added an additional 150 hours of yoga training in her teacher courses. Natasha completed her NASM Personal Training course in 2015 and now offers one-on-one training at the Lake House.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her kicking a soccer ball around with her son, or supporting Adaptive Expeditions, Charleston’s Paralympic Sports Club.

DENISE HULL
Denise began dancing at age 4, and through the years took lessons in tap (her favorite_, jazz, ballet, flamingo, Irish step dance and belly dance. She attended Pasadena City College as a Dance major where she won a choreography award. She switched to Speech Pathology in her junior year and decided to let dance be a hobby. She has taught Jazzercise, tap, ballet and social dance throughout her life.
Nine years ago Denise moved to the Charleston area and immediately learned to Shag dance, of course! She loves to teach dancing because dancing makes people smile! When Denise isn’t dancing, she is enjoying the beach and her pup Murphy. She also enjoys decorating for every holiday, watching Tennessee football and studying the Bible.
