
DARYLE BALDWIN
Daryle Corinne Baldwin is a RYT-200 Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Instructor who teaches Vinyasa Flow classes weekly at the Lake House, as well as personal training and semi-private classes tailored toweard golf and tennis enhancement.
Daryle found yoga in her 20’s, where she used the practice to enhance her own golf and tennis matches, and balance out high-intensity sports. As she says, “There’s nothing like yoga, as it works all of the muscle groups while clearing the chatter of the mind.”
In 2022, Daryle made the permanent move from California to Seabrook Island, where she relishes the lovely Lowcountry environment, not to mention the wonderful people. She takes daily walks on the beach with her Vizsla dog, Scarlet. Daryle enjoys swimming and playing golf, tennis, and pickleball as often as possible.

KAYLEIGH BREAUX
Kayleigh Breaux grew up in Charleston, SC. The heart of Kayleigh’s exercise career took root at a young age through her involvement in athletics. Kayleigh is a Certified Personal Trainer through the NASM. Additionally, she is certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor. She also offers different types of myofascial release to help free tight tissue, improve mobility and reduce pain caused by muscle rigidity.
She believes that whatever form of exercise you do, you should enjoy it. Kayleigh’s objective as your personal trainer is to come alongside you to aid in building your confidence and equip you to meet your goals. Kayleigh excels at marrying both your needs and goals to create a safe and effective exercise program specifically for you.
Kayleigh’s fitness motto is, “You are a unique individual. Thus, you have specific needs and ambitions that are all your own. Your exercise should fit where you are and where you want to go.”
In her time away from work she enjoys spending time with her husband, family and friends. As well as playing with her dog, gardening and learning new skills.

MARK DURINKSY
A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Mark has lived in Charleston since 1993. Mark began his personal training career in 1997 part time, and began doing it full time in 2002. He has worked with all ages, capable of adapting to any individual’s needs. when not working at the Lake House, Mark can be found spending time with his family, at church activities, real estate work, or CrossFit.
Mark’s fitness philosophy is to develop a complete, balanced fitness program, that will help an individual become better at everyday life.

MELISSA DURINSKY
Melissa Durinsky is a born and raised native of Charleston. She’s been a dedicated fitness professional with a passion for improving client health, wellness and quality of life since 1991. Specifically, she’s been helping diverse populations achieve their fitness, weight loss and conditioning goals at the Lake House for over a decade.
Using the latest techniques in exercise science, cardio programs and strength training – she coaches both on land and in water. Her experiences include being a fitness instructor for The City of Charleston, YMCA, Golds Gym and more. Due to her ability to guide members through safe workouts modified to their fitness levels and medical considerations, she’s had success in delivering programs for all ages tailored to individual needs/goals.
When she’s not teaching class and personal training, she’s either teaching swim lessons or spending time with her husband and two daughters. Melissa’s certifications include: BODYPUMP, BODYSTSEP, BODYCOMBAT, LES MILLS CORE, TONE, Water Safety Instructor, Myofascial Release Foam Roller Certified, FiTour Advanced Personal Trainer and FiTour Advanced Aqua Instructor.

STEPHEN FLAM
Stephen Flam began as a Personal Trainer at the Lake House in 2022. Combining exercise science and massage therapy together with over two decades of experience, Stephen finds himself very comfortable working in the rehabilitation setting with special populations as well as athletes.
Stephen has an extensive background in exercise science with the following licenses: LMT, ACSM, NSCA and USAW.
Stephen has also served as the U.S. team massage therapist in Athens, Greece, at the 2004 Mixed Martial Arts World Cup.
ASSISTED STRETCH & MANUAL THERAPY SESSIONS: THE FLAM METHOD – A hands-on manual therapy modality combining techniques from around the world. It is a safe, non-invasive approach to pain relief that targets soft tissue problems affecting nerves, muscles, tendons and ligaments. HANNAH RICE
After nearly a decade of excelling in the corporate world, Hannah decided to take a break to pursue her true passion: health and fitness. Throughout her corporate career, she developed a strong foundation in communications, programs management, and consulting, supported by an MBA from The University of Findlay. Hannah’s experience in organizational leadership and business analysis allowed her to deliver impactful solutions for diverse organizations.
However, her true passion lies in the transformative power of health and fitness. Hannah believes that a commitment to wellness can enrich lives, fostering physical, mental, and emotional well-being. By embracing a healthier lifestyle, individuals can achieve greater balance, resilience, and fulfillment.
As she transitions into this new chapter, Hannah brings the same dedication and expertise to helping others achieve their wellness goals.

NATASHA STEVENS
Originally from Hastings in the U.K., Natasha went to school in London, attending University College for her undergraduate studies and Goldsmiths College for her post graduate studies.
Growing up as an athlete, Natasha came to yoga in her 20’s as a way to bring balance to her life. She took her first RYT 200 hours in 2003 and taught yoga at the company she worked for in London.
Since settling in Charleston permanently in 2008, she has widened her involvement in the fitness and wellness industry. She has added an additional 150 hours of yoga training in her teacher courses. Natasha completed her NASM Personal Training course in 2015 and now offers one-on-one training at the Lake House.
When she’s not working, you’ll find her kicking a soccer ball around with her son, or supporting Adaptive Expeditions, Charleston’s Paralympic Sports Club.

SHANNON HARKEY
Shannon has been coming to the island since she was two-years-old with some of her greatest childhood memories made here at Seabrook. She has landed back on the island to be closer to family, as she delivers triplets and raises her soon-to-be four children.
Shannon is a division one collegiate athlete; having played at the University of Florida and finishing her career at the University of Maryland Baltimore County where she graduated with a major in media and communication and minor in entrepreneurship. She immediately gravitated to the entrepreneurial side of her education and began a business known as Being You Yoga. Shannon has been a student of the practice for twenty-years and a teacher for ten. Working with special needs children and adults to young athletes all the way up to the collegiate level, having taught in retirement communities, chair yoga to mediation. Shannon received her 500hr YTT from deep in the jungle of Costa Rica at Pavones Yoga Center, specializing in breath-work, conscious movement, yin and yoga Nidra. She’s excited to meet you on the mat!

NAN STEEN
Nan grew up in Atlanta, GA, where she married and raised her two sons. She and her husband retired from their long-time careers with The Coca-Cola Company and moved to Seabrook in 2018. Nan has always enjoyed being active and has been an avid tennis player since her early teens. In the early 2000’s, Nan started strength training with a personal trainer, and began learning all about weight lifting. In 2021, after a few years break due to injury and illness, she decided to re-commit to strength training and fell in love with all it had to offer.
Nan is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Her passion is to help people build and retain as much muscle as possible as they age. She is also passionate about mobility and flexibility training because the three pillars of muscle, mobility, and flexibility are the secret sauce to a healthy and active retirement.
Nan is still an avid tennis player, and you will see her on the courts as often as you see her in the gym. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and walking her little dog, Willow.

ERIN COLLINS KIMBALL
Erin is originally from Maine, but now calls Charleston home. She has been instructing fitness classes for over 15 years. Erin is professionally trained in a variety of classes including Cardio Kickboxing, Yoga (Vinyasa and Ashtanga), and Barre. She completed her 500 hour yoga training in Goa, India at Kranti Yoga School. She not only teaches Barre, but she is a certified instructor trainer with Barre Dia. Her classes are fun, alignment-based, and challenging. Erin loves to keep things interesting and changes up routines often to challenge her clients.
Erin is also a Reiki Master and practicing Herbalist. When she is not teaching classes, Erin enjoys gardening, spending time with family, going to the beach and traveling.
She looks forward to joining you in your fitness journey.
