No Contractor work from Thursday, 1/1/26 through Sunday, 1/4/26. The SIPOA Daily Pass location will also be closed during this time. The main gate will be open 24/7, and passes can be obtained there.

The Lake House will close at 5:00pm on Wednesday 12/31. Please note, during the closure, Property Owners and Club Member with afterhours access will be able to access the facility with their QR Code.

SIPOA Admin, ARC/Commercial Access will close at noon on Wednesday,12/31, through Thursday, 1/1/26.
