Turkey Trot Details
Online registration closes at 8:00pm on Tuesday, 11/25. You can register in person at the Lake House on Wednesday, 11/26 from 10:00am – 4:00pm and Thursday, 11/27 from 7:15am – 7:45am.
- Race will start promptly at 8:00am from the Lake House. Please arrive 10 -15 minutes early.
- Course is just over a 5k at 3.5 miles
- Participants will be placed in corrals to space out the start.
- This is a fun run. A clock will be at the start/finish; however, there will not be official times recorded.
- Packet Pick-Up: Wednesday, November 26 from 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Race Day Pick-Up: 7:15am – 7:45am
- There are NO REFUNDS.

The Lake House is looking for Volunteers to assist with Seabrook Island’s Thanksgiving Turkey Trot on Thursday, 11/27 – Volunteers are asked to meet in the lobby of the Lake House at 7:15am (the race should be completed by 10:00am). Responsibilities may include: directing participants on racecourse, hydration support at the water station, and cheering on participants. Please email jmogus@sipoa.org if you are interested.

**A limited number of 15 fishing rods will be provided on a first-come-first serve basis. It is highly recommended to bring your own rod/reel.
Fishing Tournament Details
Schedule for Youth Fishing Tournament:
- 9:00am – Open Remarks / Review of Rules
- 9:15am – Tournament Begins
- 10:15am – Tournament Ends
- 10:30am – Award Ceremony
Rules:
- Participants must be 12 years of age and under.
- Each youth will need a parent/guardian present with them for the duration of the event.
- Liability waiver must be signed on day of event.
- Tournament will be catch and release.
- Maximum number of participants is 30.
- A limited number of fishing rods will be provided on a first-come-first-serve basis. It is highly recommended to bring your own rod/reel.
- Bait will be provided.

Holiday Market Details
To Seabrook Island Property Owners and Artist Guild Members:
Seabrook Island is home to many talented craftsmen, photographers, hobbyists, and more! All are invited to apply to exhibit their high-quality, hand-made work at A Holiday Market. This year, A Holiday Market will benefit the two local public secondary schools: St. John’s High School and Haut Gap Middle School. All funds generated by the Holiday Market, including donations by non-exhibiting Guild members and visitors to the Holiday Market will be given to the schools to purchase art supplies to enhance their students’ growth and development in visual and applied arts.
Exhibitor Guidelines:
- Submit a completed registration form and $20 show fee (Checks should be made out to SIAG) no later than Saturday, November 1 @ 12:00pm.
- Non-Guild Members will participate in a soft jury process and pay the $20 show fee once notified of acceptance.
- Donate 10% of gross sales (Checks should be made out to SIAG).
- Set up from 10:00am to 12:00 noon.
- Breakdown/Cleanup from 8:00am to 10:00am on Saturday, 11/29. The Lake House is not responsible for works left on site beyond the designated take-down time.
- Request up to 4 rack-panels (36” wide x 84” high) or 2 tables (3×3 or 6×2.5). Please note, depending on response, the number of rack-panels/tables per exhibitor may be adjusted to accommodate everyone.
- Request display location: outside, in the circle in front of the Lake House or inside the Lake House. Please note, in the event of inclement weather, all displays will be set up inside the Lake House.
- Have all artwork/photography wired for display.
- Replace any work sold during the show immediately by another work that is display-ready and appropriately labeled. Each exhibitor who chooses to sell is solely responsible for doing so. If you prefer not to sell your work, please indicate “NFS” (Not For Sale) on the label.

Start the holiday season off right with your neighbors and friends at the Annual Seabrook Island Holiday Parade!
Parade begins at 3:30pm at the Lake House, and completes the loop around Seabrook Island Road to finish back at the Lake House.
Show us your Holiday Spirit by dressing up in your most festive attire and decorated vehicle to celebrate the holiday season! All participants in the winning vehicle will receive a coupon for 50% off Lake House Merchandise.
Holiday Parade Details
If you want to be in the parade, gather at the Lake House at 3:00pm. The parade will begin at 3:30pm. Holiday-themed decorated cars, trucks, LSVs encouraged! (no bikes)
Holiday Parade Information:
- For safety reasons, ALL participants riding in the bed of trucks MUST REMAIN INSIDE the bed of the truck with the truck tailgate CLOSED. No sitting on truck bed rails. No standing in truck beds. Truck tailgate must be closed for the entire duration of the parade.
- Any type of vehicle allowed on Seabrook Island roads and able to maintain 10mph may take part in the parade. No bikes.
- Do not throw candy/items from vehicles in the parade. No water balloons allowed.
- All participants must be at their lineup location by 3:00pm. Staff will be on hand to assist.

Join in on the holiday fun with your fellow Seabrookers for the Annual Holiday Tree Lighting, which begins as the Holiday Parade is ending.
Enjoy hot chocolate, wine, live music and some holiday cheer. The Seabrook Island Food Truck will be on site.

The Seabrook Island Food Truck will be on site! The Seabrook Island Food Truck will accept Seabrook Island Amenity/Club cards as the preferred form of payment. Credit card will also be accepted with an additional 3% processing fee.
