In accordance with South Carolina law, SIPOA records all incoming and outgoing phone calls to and from the Administration Office and the Gatehouse. We record phone calls for training purposes, quality control, to verify how staff interacts with the public and residents, to correct improper behavior, enforce consistency of responses, and to verify the accuracy of reported incidents.
