Entry Requirements:
Any commercial business (vendor, estimator, appraiser, contractor, or service provider), must buy an access pass before access is granted, even if entered online as a commercial guest of a Property Owner. There are no complimentary commercial passes.

Property Owners may not request a Family/Friend Guest pass for a commercial guest. Any commercial guest using a non-commercial pass may have access privileges suspended or revoked and receive a citation.

Exempt Services: USPS, and other couriers, clergy, and some home delivery services such as Lowes of Best Buy that charge a premium to deliver on Seabrook Island are not charged for entry.

Sole Proprietor Domestic Service Providers & Home Health Aides may apply for a discounted annual access pass.

Documents required to purchase/renew your barcode(s):

• Driver’s License
• Vehicle Registration
• Town of Seabrook Island Business License

Uber/Lyft

• Property Owner Pickup – Ride services coming to pick up a Property Owner must be entered into the owner’s GateAccess.net guest pass list.
• Property Owner Delivery – Ride services bringing a Property Owner to their home must stop at the Gatehouse. The Property Owner can provide their Gate ID number/word to the gate officer and a pass will be issued.
• Property Owner Guest Delivery – Enter a pass for your guest in the GateAccess.net system. Your guest can provide your name and address to the gate officer. Gate ID numbers/words are for Property Owner use ONLY. DO NOT share that information with anyone.
