Lake House | Group Exercise Classes

This combo class offers 30 minutes of Cardio Mix high-energy interval training followed by 30 minutes of Pure Stretch to improve range of motion and release tension.

A full-body workout strengthening legs, glutes, and abs using Barre-style movements including basic ballet and resistance training. Core focus utilizing weights, straps, and the barre, finishing with yoga and deep stretching. Located in the Studio.

This 55-minute class is sure to leave you feeling relaxed. This class utilizes longer hold times to allow deeper muscle relaxation, along with various muscle activations to increase mobility through different ranges of motions and muscle groups. Start off strong by firing up your glutes with lower body strength movements. Then focus on tightening and strengthening your core with a combination of standing and floor core exercises. Finish off class with a 15-minute stretch.
