Governing Documents

The SIPOA governing documents are the foundation for all actions of the association. The documents include the Protective Covenants, Bylaws, Rules & Regulations, and SIPOA Policies.

PROTECTIVE COVENANTS | The Covenants define voting rights, the purpose and functions of the association, assessments, property usage, architectural standards, and other general provisions.

BYLAWS | The bylaws state the purpose of the Association and establish the powers and responsibilities of the Board of Directors, Property Owners and standing committees.

RULES & REGULATIONS | The SIPOA Rules & Regulations address topics such as vehicle access and traffic rules, parking, pet/animal rules, commercial/contractor rules, and violation assessments.

POLICIES | Policies are approved by the Board of Directors to codify important processes.
