Commercial Work Hours

  • Monday – Saturday | 6:30am – 8:00pm
  • Noisy work between 7:00am – 6:30pm
  • Construction deliveries or pickups may begin at 7:00am
  • Retail delivery services (Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc.) may access the community from 7:00am – 7:00pm 7 days a week.

Holiday Hours & Access Rules:

  • Access during holiday periods is limited. Commercial work is not permitted on Sundays, holidays, or other designated by the Board, except by special arrangement with SIPOA.
    • Except as specified herein, Contractors may only perform Emergency Work on the following Holidays:
      New Year’s Day
      Easter Sunday
      Memorial Day
      Independence Day
      Labor Day
      Thanksgiving Day
      Christmas Day
If the Holiday falls on:Work is not allowed from:
MondaySaturday prior to the Holiday, through the Holiday Monday
TuesdaySaturday prior to the Holiday, through the Holiday Tuesday
WednesdayTuesday prior to the Holiday, through the Holiday Wednesday
ThursdayThe Holiday Thursday, through the Sunday following the Holiday
FridayThe Holiday Friday, through the Sunday following the Holiday

SundayNo contractor work is permitted on Sunday
  1. Delivery of Household Furnishings is allowed on Holidays and during Holiday periods.
  2. Service Contractors, such as commercial cleaners, bike rental companies, and other contractors servicing rental properties may work between 7:00am and 6:00pm on the Holidays with approval from the Security Manager and Executive Director.
  3. Construction Material Deliveries and dumpster services/exchanges are not allowed during Holidays.
  4. Contractors can meet Property Owners to give estimates for future work on Holidays.
  5. Emergency Work include fixing hazards like fire, electrical issues, plumbing leaks, or conditions needing immediate attention. Requests for emergency work are reviewed on a case-by-case basis by the Security Manager or Executive Director.
