REALTOR ENTRY:
Realtors must go to the daily access pass facility at 1900 Seabrook Island Road. Realtors may also purchase a SIPOA annual commercial barcode for island access.
- Real Estate agents must show their valid SC real estate license at the gate pass facility.
- Agents without an annual barcode must pay the daily access fee.
- A Town of Seabrook Island business license is required for services on Seabrook Island.
- Real Estate clients should ride with the realtor. If clients follow in their vehicle, the agent must be with them at all times while on the island.
Real Estate / Bank / Insurance Appraisers:
Appraisers must go to the daily access pass facility at 1900 Seabrook Island Road, and present a work order to inspect a specific address. Commercial access gate fees apply.
