To provide quality health care free to all persons between ages 18 and 65 who have no health insurance . The earned income for a single person or family will be no higher than 200% of the federally determined poverty level . Roper-St. Francis provides free laboratory and imaging to our patients who meet this requirement. We also have a cadre of private physicians and surgeons who will see consultations gratis. |
