Please note, Semi-Private classes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants. Pre-registration is required. There are no drop-ins or refunds. Semi-private classes are not included in the monthly class pass, and the entire class will be charged to your Property Owner/Club account at the time of registration. Semi-private classes are available to Seabrook Island Property Owners, Seabrook Island Club members, and guests staying on Seabrook Island.

All Over Fit
Outdoor Semi-Private Series

This outdoor fitness class is sure to challenge you, help you get in shape and help you stay in shape! Whether your goals are improving balance, endurance, or increasing your total body strength, this class will meet your need. Come join us in the fresh air and watch as you get stronger with each class!

When: December 2 – December 30 (No class on 12/23 or 12/26)
Time: Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8:30 AM
Cost: $110 for the series


What is Spin? Spinning is a group exercise class that focuses on strength, endurance, cardiovascular and recovery training while on a stationary bike. Sarah Mae brings her passion for running to class with a mix of high intensity endurance and cardio-driven rides.

Never taken a Spin class? No problem, the great thing about Spin is that you can enjoy the energy of a group class while tailoring the experience to your individual fitness level and goals. Each rider controls his or her own RPM and resistance, so you tailor the class to your fitness level. Modifications for specific movements are provided in class.

When: December 3 – December 17
Time: Saturdays at 8:30 AM
Cost: $30 for the series


Have you been wanting to do a fitness class during the day, but have been unable to? This is the class for you! Fit Camp is a total body workout that features HIIT, strength, balance, and core training. The class will be offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm beginning Tuesday, September 6.
This class will be taught by Mark Durinsky.

When:                     December 1 – December 29
Time:                    Tuesdays and Thursdays at 5:30 pm
Cost:                    $90 for the series (monthly commitment)


Linking Breath with Movement

Practice will be from a place of the beginner’s mind taking time to explore the foundation of the postures. The class will include learning various breathing techniques (pranayama) and postures (asanas) both standing and, on the mat, and end with relaxation (savasana). Guided meditation will also be sprinkled in. Although this class is perfect for beginners it is also an opportunity for any level to take a step back and rediscover the foundation of their practice. Emmy Marquardt teaches this semi-private series.
